Cancellation & changes

Cancellation & refunds
You can request a cancellation from your trip page any time before service starts. We calculate the expected refund under this booking's cancellation policy and show it to you before anything is submitted; the closer to departure, the lower the refundable share usually is.
Date changes
You can reschedule online from your trip page before service starts. Only free changes complete online — if this booking's policy charges a change fee, your trip is left unchanged and we point you to our team.
No-show & waiting
If the driver reaches the agreed point, waits as required and still cannot reach you, the booking may be marked as a no-show and waiting charges may apply; any refund in that case also follows this booking's cancellation policy.

The exact refundable share for this booking is the expected refund amount shown to you when you start a cancellation.
